It is impossible to state that the current safeguards and systems are completely infallible. Therefore, in spite of all of ARGO SOLUTIONS’ efforts to preserve your information, no transaction carried out via the Internet is totally secure, meaning that ARGO SOLUTIONS cannot affirm that the information provided herein is fully protected. Finally, the most important part of protecting your information is your responsibility, so you should always keep your antivirus and firewall systems up to date, as well as configure your browsers and operating systems with the purpose of avoiding unauthorized sending of data and information over the Internet. To ensure that third parties will not have access to the information stored here, you, the user of the system offered by ARGO SOLUTIONS through this website, must choose a personal and non-transferable access password, which can and should be changed at any time. ARGO SOLUTIONS respects your privacy. Any information that you provide to us will be maintained in its entirety, treated with the greatest possible care and security, and will be used only in accordance with the limits established in this document and the applicable Brazilian legislation. Please be aware that we may share information about you and our customers with reputable references sources, regulatory agencies, research services, and business partners. The customer service channels of ARGO SOLUTIONS and its licensees are at your disposal.
• GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PRIVACY
As already explained, you also have an important role in protecting your privacy. We expressly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone, whether by telephone, email or otherwise, and that you do not allow anyone to access or use the systems offered by ARGO SOLUTIONS in your place. ARGO SOLUTIONS is not responsible for the damages caused by breach of such recommendations. Be careful when downloading free programs, as they are often accompanied by a variety of programs that may not only affect the privacy of your information but also change the security settings of your computer. User privacy is important to Argo. It is the policy of the Argo Platform, as well as Argo itself, to respect the User's privacy in relation to any information we may require and collect from you and that is required to use the Platform's tools and functionalities.

This term aims to register the free, informed and unambiguous expression by which the User agrees to the treatment of their personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with Law No. 13.709 -Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) -General Law for the Protection of Personal Data in English-. By using Argo's services, you declare your EXPRESS CONSENT to collect, process and store data related to you for the purpose of providing Corporate Travel Management and Corporate Expense Management services, as per services contracted on our platform. Your continued use of our Platform will be deemed acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information, as well as their respective functionality and purposes. You are free to refuse our personal information request, understanding that, if you do so, you will not be able to use the Platform's features and tools.
(II) Collected Data
Argo collects, stores and processes the User's personal data for the purpose of providing the services listed in this term: We collect the data provided by you in the registration, such as first and last name, full name, email, cell phone, title, department , address (street, state, city, zip code), bank data (bank, branch, account), credit card, CPF, RG, passport, date of birth, frequent flyer cards, visas and vaccinations, among other data optionally provided by the User; We may register and record all data provided in every communication made with our team, whether by email, messages, telephone or any other means; When submitting your payment details, we may collect information about your purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit card details, account and authentication information, as well as your billing data; When logging into the platform, we will collect your e-mail for registration purposes, through which communications regarding the provision of the service, platform updates, promotions and account management will occur; We record data from your visit to the platform through cookies and other tracking technologies including your IP address and domain name, the version of your browser and operating system, online traffic data, location data, web logs and other navigation data.
(III) Purpose of data processing
By using the Argo Platform, you expressly authorize the use of this information for the following purposes: Provide, improve and develop the available services: we use the provided and collected information during the use of our Platform to support our services, by customizing the shared content, to ensure that the content of the Platform is relevant; Usage monitoring: We use your data to monitor activities and transactions in order to ensure quality of service, compliance with applicable laws, compliance with procedures and to combat fraud. Enable Argo to identify and contact the User: enable Argo to send or provide the User with communication arising from the Argo Platform's own features and functionalities, as well as offer products and services compatible with user's profile use of the tool.
(IV) Data processing
Argo may maintain and process the User's personal data throughout the period in which they are relevant to the scope of the purposes listed in this term and for the relationship of the parties, being maintained until the relationship of the parties is terminated. Argo retains the information it collects from you until your definitive deletion request is made. In this case, we will immediately cease using your data for commercial purposes, but we will store your data for as long as we have legal, tax or judicial obligations to comply with such data.

All data you provide to Argo is processed solely for the purposes listed in this term. Argo is responsible for maintaining security, technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or unlawful treatment. All data collected is stored and processed on our own secure servers or those of contracted suppliers, accessed and used in accordance with our security policies. All traffic between your computer and our servers is encrypted using secure protocol SSL or similar. Our servers are located in a data center in the United States, with the highest security certificates, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, NIST CSF and PCI DSS.
(VI) Data sharing
Argo is authorized to share the User's personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the purposes listed in this term, subject to the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13.709/2018. It is possible that your personal data may be shared with third parties, such as: Government Authorities: in order to comply with legal, regulatory or judicial obligations, we may share your personal data with government authorities; Service Providers: When necessary, we may share your personal data with companies acting on behalf of or under the instructions of Argo, such as GDSs (Global Distribution Systems), airlines, hotel operators, car rental companies and travel agencies. We guarantee that data will only be shared within the legally authorized cases, always in a transparent manner for the holder; Users: when necessary and authorized, for the purpose of the functionality and object of the Argo Platform.
(VII) User/Holder Rights
The User has rights in relation to his/her personal data, which can be exercised at any time and upon request via email to Argo (encarregado@useargo.com), including: Obtain confirmation that we are processing your personal information and request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; Ask us to update the personal information we hold about you, or correct information that you think is inaccurate or incomplete; Request that the personal information we hold about you be deleted or restrict how we use that information; Withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information (to the extent that our processing is based on your consent).

• ON DATA COLLECTION
On our Platforms, information is collected in the following ways:
Information provided by you - We collect personally identification information, such as name, e-mail address,

title, turnover, number of CNPJs [Legal Entity Taxpayer Registry] and average monthly transactions, by filling in the
forms for downloading our free content. In the case of applications for open positions at Argo Solutions, information
such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, residential data, date of birth, marital status, area of expertise,
salary intention and a file containing a CV will be collected for the necessary analysis. Occasionally, requests for
certain information may be made through direct contact between Argo Solutions and users via e-mail or
telephone.
Browsing information - When you visit our Platforms, your browser receives a cookie through the Google
Analytics
software to identify how many times you return to our address. Information such as IP address, geographical location,
reference source, browser type, language selected for browsing, estimated bandwidth used by you, record of videos
watched, equipment used for browsing, duration of visit and pages visited are also collected anonymously. The

Argo Solutions may keep and process the User's personal data for as long as they are pertinent to the achievement of
the purposes listed in this term and for the relationship of the parties, being kept until the relationship of the
parties is terminated. Argo Solutions retains the information it collects from you until you request its definitive
deletion. In this case, we will immediately cease the using of your data for commercial purposes, but we will store
your data for as long as we have legal, tax or judicial obligations to fulfill with such data.
(V) Data security
All data you provide to Argo Solutions is processed solely for the purposes listed in this term. Argo Solutions is
responsible for maintaining technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized
access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of improper or unlawful

the security of data transmissions via the Internet develops and becomes obsolete rapidly, making it difficult to keep
up to date at all times. It is impossible to claim that current systems and safeguards are completely foolproof.
Therefore, despite all Argo Solutions' efforts to preserve your information, no transaction carried out over the
Internet is completely secure, so Argo Solutions cannot claim that the information provided here is fully protected.
Finally, the most important part of protecting your information is up to you, so you should always keep your antivirus
and firewall systems up to
date, as well as your browsers and operating systems configured, always with the aim of preventing unauthorized

Solutions follows the best practices in secure development and adheres to the recommendations maintained by the
PCI-SSC regarding the security of credit card holder data, but if you don't take the necessary precautions, the
system's security features alone may not be enough. If you have any doubts about your transactions, always consult
your credit card company.
(V) Specific information on the collection of location data on the mobile device
In order to offer the service of controlling expenses by route taken, we collect information regarding the geolocation
of our users' devices through our application upon prior request. Geolocation collection is activated only when the
user presses the button in the application that starts the tracking, and can be stopped instantly by the same button
if the user so wishes. Background tracking also only starts once this button has been activated.
• ON YOUR PRIVACY
Argo Solutions respects your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be kept in its entirety, will be treated
with the greatest possible care and security, and will only be used in accordance with the limits set out in this
document and applicable Brazilian legislation. Please, be aware that we may exchange information about you with
reputable reference sources, regulatory bodies, research services and business partners. The customer service channels
of Argo Solutions and its licensees are at your disposal.

• ABOUT UNSUBSCRIBING AND CHANGING/DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
All data collected will be deleted from our servers when you so request, unless there is another reason for
maintaining it, such as any legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it for the protection of Argo
Solutions' rights. To change your personal information or even delete it from our database, simply send an e-mail to
encarregado@useargo.com with your request.
You can also opt out of receiving any kind of e-mail from Argo Solutions. In every email we send, there is always an
unsubscribe link available in the last few lines. Clicking on this link, you will be automatically unsubscribed from
the list. However, it is important to note that filling in any form again will result in your e-mail being added to
