By using Argo's services, you declare your EXPRESS CONSENT to collect, process and store data related to you for the purpose of providing Corporate Travel Management and Corporate Expense Management services, as per services contracted on our platform. Your continued use of our Platform will be deemed acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information, as well as their respective functionality and purposes. You are free to refuse our personal information request, understanding that, if you do so, you will not be able to use the Platform's features and tools.
(II) Collected Data
Argo collects, stores and processes the User's personal data for the purpose of providing the services listed in this term: We collect the data provided by you in the registration, such as first and last name, full name, email, cell phone, title, department , address (street, state, city, zip code), bank data (bank, branch, account), credit card, CPF, RG, passport, date of birth, frequent flyer cards, visas and vaccinations, among other data optionally provided by the User; We may register and record all data provided in every communication made with our team, whether by email, messages, telephone or any other means; When submitting your payment details, we may collect information about your purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit card details, account and authentication information, as well as your billing data; When logging into the platform, we will collect your e-mail for registration purposes, through which communications regarding the provision of the service, platform updates, promotions and account management will occur; We record data from your visit to the platform through cookies and other tracking technologies including your IP address and domain name, the version of your browser and operating system, online traffic data, location data, web logs and other navigation data.
(III) Purpose of data processing
By using the Argo Platform, you expressly authorize the use of this information for the following purposes: Provide, improve and develop the available services: we use the provided and collected information during the use of our Platform to support our services, by customizing the shared content, to ensure that the content of the Platform is relevant; Usage monitoring: We use your data to monitor activities and transactions in order to ensure quality of service, compliance with applicable laws, compliance with procedures and to combat fraud. Argo is authorized to share the User's personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the purposes listed in this term, subject to the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13.709/2018. the purposes listed in this term and for the relationship of the parties, being kept until the relationship of the
parties is terminated. Argo Solutions retains the information it collects from you until you request its definitive
deletion. In this case, we will immediately cease the using of your data for commercial purposes, but we will store
your data for as long as we have legal, tax or judicial obligations to fulfill with such data.

(V) Specific information on the collection of location data on the mobile device
In order to offer the service of controlling expenses by route taken, we collect information regarding the geolocation
of our users' devices through our application upon prior request. Geolocation collection is activated only when the
user presses the button in the application that starts the tracking, and can be stopped instantly by the same button
if the user so wishes. Background tracking also only starts once this button has been activated.
• ON YOUR PRIVACY
Argo Solutions respects your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be kept in its entirety, will be treated
with the greatest possible care and security, and will only be used in accordance with the limits set out in this
document and applicable Brazilian legislation. Please, be aware that we may exchange information about you with

of Argo Solutions and its licensees are at your disposal.

Solutions' rights. To change your personal information or even delete it from our database, simply send an e-mail to
